Due to computer system or technical limitations, there may be unexpected loss or leakage of user data and information, and the company will take reasonable measures to prevent similar incidents in a timely manner. However, due to the loss or leakage of information caused by any unexpected circumstances, as well as all losses caused thereby, you agree to give understanding and waive any responsibility that this website may bear.

Third User Responsibilities

When using the company's products, users shall abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and shall not use them for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner;

Users are not allowed to use the company's applications, products and services to engage in acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, otherwise the company has the right to refuse to continue to provide services and require users to bear all relevant legal responsibilities. In case of damage, the user shall be liable for compensation. The above behaviors include but are not limited to:

Infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others such as reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents, etc.;

Use the company's applications, products and services in the name of others;

Engage in illegal acts, such as making pornography, gambling, viruses, hanging horses, reactionary, plug-ins, private servers, fishing, etc.;

Provide gambling information or induce others to gamble in any way;

Engage in any behavior that may contain computer viruses or may infringe on the system and data of this service;

Other behaviors that the company has justifiable reasons to consider inappropriate;

Fourth Disclaimer

In addition to the information security disclaimers mentioned in item 4 of this agreement, users should also abide by the following disclaimers.

The company will not be liable for any compensation if the service is abnormal or data is lost due to the following conditions, including but not limited to:

Due to the need for downtime maintenance during system upgrade or adjustment and has been notified;

The user violates the terms of this agreement, resulting in any loss or claim claimed by a third party;

Due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, etc., the company's system obstacles cannot provide services normally;

Service interruption or delay due to hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures in the telecommunications sector, website upgrades, banking problems, etc.

Fifth Service Termination

If the user violates this agreement or uses the company's products under the premise of violating laws and regulations, the company has the right to immediately terminate the provision of services to the user. At the same time, the use of the company's applications, products and services means that you unconditionally accept that the company has the right to suspend or terminate your services or delete your account information or data at any time without prior notice.

The user may voluntarily propose to the company to terminate the service. After the user explicitly abandons the use of the company's products, the company is not obliged to retain the account and related information for the user, but has the right to continue to save this part of the information.

Sixth Agreement interpretation right

No provision of this Agreement of Use is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties. The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to the company, and all rights of interpretation and modification are reserved.
